Vero V. Reeves (she/her) is the creatrix of Apex Healer: Tarot of the Wolf. In her arts practice she incorporates themes of nature based spirituality and feminist surrealism. Inspired by nature-honoring practices of ancestors and a love for wild beings, Reeves embarked on creating Apex Healer: Tarot of the Wolf. The intention behind this creative project is to acknowledge not only the ecological importance of apex predators, but also to explore their spiritual significance. The benefits they bring to the eco systems they participate in is reflected in the title she chose for this tarot deck; Apex Healer: Tarot of the Wolf.
